WHAT’S YOUR EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY?
UNDERWEAR
For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty or you get sent an incorrect item.
RETURNS (the below does not apply to underwear)
- Change of Mind: We are more than happy to offer store credit if you change your mind about a purchase. Refunds are not available for change of mind. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you receive a faulty or get sent an incorrect item, please email us at hello@wearegraysonmade.com with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue so we can arrange a solution.
EXCHANGES
We don’t offer direct exchanges just yet, but you can easily complete a self-exchange by requesting a return for store credit. Once approved, you can reorder the correct size or item.
RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT
To request a return for store credit, please email us at hello@wearegraysonmade.com with your order number and reason for return. Store credit is issued once your return is approved and processed.
ALL REQUESTS must be lodged within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original packaging and tags attached. Shipping costs are non-refundable (except for faulty/incorrect items).
WHAT DO I DO IF MY GARMENT ARRIVES DAMAGED/FAULTY?
If your item is faulty, damaged, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@wearegraysonmade.com
Include:
- Your order number,
- A description of the issue,
- Clear photos of the fault or packaging.
We’ll arrange a refund, replacement, or repair in line with the Australian Consumer Law, and cover reasonable postage costs for faulty/incorrect returns.
