WHO IS GRAYSON MADE FOR?
We design for people who prefer a masculine fit and feel and have struggled to find clothes that work for their body. Our pieces are built around female body proportions, but Grayson Made is for anyone who connects with the fit, style, and intention behind what we create.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We’re working to expand global operations so more people can shop Grayson Made worldwide. As we grow into new regions, shipping times will improve and we aim to minimise import duties wherever possible.

HOW CAN I PURCHASE WHEN THERE IS LIMITED STOCK AND THINGS SELL QUICKLY?
The best way is to join our mailing list here for early access passwords and drop updates. We also recommend being ready on launch day to secure your size before stock runs out.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to make changes or cancel, email us at hello@wearegraysonmade.com as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, we will be unable to update item details or your delivery address.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are generally packed and sent within 48 hours. During busy drops, dispatch times may be slightly longer. You’ll receive tracking once your item/s have been dispatched. Please check our Shipping page for estimated delivery timeframes.
WHAT IS THE SIZING LIKE?
Our product pages include a size chart and model info (height/weight) to guide you. We try to keep sizing consistent across pieces so you can always get the same size, but it's highly dependant on how you like things to fit. Feel free to dm us your height/weight, and desired fit, and we'll do our best to help.
With our Boxers, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.
DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
We're happy to offer store credit so you can self exchange or choose a different item. Refunds are only provided for faulty items or if you receive the wrong product. For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned. To start a return, please email hello@wearegraysonmade.com.
MY ITEM IS FAULTY, WHAT DO I DO?
We carefully check all of our stock by hand, but if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at hello@wearegraysonmade.com so we can resolve it quickly.
WHY IS MY NEW ITEM NOT THE SAME AS THE LAST ITEM I PURCHASED?
Every item is handmade and cut and sewn to our specific measurements. This means there may be 1 - 2cm +/- variances between items, colours and drops.
We look to make any requested improvements each time we stock a product, if this is the case we announce it on our instagram before the drop.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY IMPORT/DUTIES FEES?
For orders to the USA all duties and taxes are included at checkout.
All other international customers may be charged import duties or taxes by their local customs office. These costs are the customer’s responsibility. As we grow, we aim to add distribution facilities around the world to help reduce these fees. All the support means a lot to us and every order helps us to grow so we can keep improving your experience with us!
HOW OFTEN DO YOU DROP AND RESTOCK?
We don’t keep constant stock, our pieces release in limited drops. We recommend following us on Instagram and joining our mailing list so you don't miss announcements and early access details.
